Angel Property's Jam Factory

I am the journalist who looked into Angel Property's flagship project, the Jam Factory in Bermondsey. I spoke about its problems at a public meeting in March.
After seven years the Jam Factory is still not complete. Finished buildings hold more residential units and have more storeys than originally approved, one building stands empty and another has not been started. The affordable housing has not been delivered.
A stalemate exists between Angel Property, Southwark Council and the residents that must not be repeated in Lewes.
I have written up my findings and placed them, along with PDFs of the original documents, on this website:

Have you posted this into the www dot lewesmatters dot co dot uk web site forum (sorry, this forum will not let me paste URLs)? That web site deals exclusively with the Phoenix development.
If you don't post it hopefully someone form this forum will. It will be of immense interest there.

Thanks david Your site is really interesting.
In principle I've never been against the development but having read your findings I cant help but think the worst of Angel Property.

Excellent work, extremely thorough and a rare case of factual journalism, thank you David. Ever thought of exposing the sham of 'consultation' and the influence of payments by developers in the planning system?

I agree with you all, great work! I can't help feeling that Angel will not be developing the greater part of the site. Once planning is obtained, most of it will be sold off. Easy money and let someone else worry about the flood defences, affordable housing, road link to the Causeway etc.
