it flew right above landport bottom and then over malling hill. Absolutely awesome! Couldn't get a better view if I'd paid a fiver. Couldn't see wether it was a spitfire or hurricane with it though.

A few years ago, I went swimming at the Airbourne and have a memorable experience of the Battle of Britain memorial flight gracing the skies overhead.
I've just looked at the BBMF website and the Hurricane and Spitfire are scheduled at Eastbourne on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and the Lancaster is scheduled again tomorrow (not Sat/Sun).
I suspect that as the Lancaster's flight path came over Lewes, it is probable that it will do so again - so eyes up! Does anyone know what time it is scheduled in Eastbourne?

I forgot it was on and was very alarmed when a small white plane came flying over Seaford at not much more than roof-top height yesterday. Just as I was thinking "It must crash", I heard someone nearby say "Bloody Airbourne" and realised it ws practising or a bit off course or something.

I live in Seaford and have found that the planes for the air show often over fly the town.
Quite nice to watch IMHO.

Enjoy it while you can, apparently Eastbournians are debating if the cost of it can be justified for much longer.
