A venue in Lewes

I'm looking for a room to hold an art club after school as well as kids art parties and holiday clubs. It needs to have capacity for 20 kids max and have a sink and be not too pristine! I've tried all the usual venues, but I'm looking for something more permanent.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

There's a room in The Market Tower that Lewes Operatic use sometimes as well, that would do, it's certainly not too pristine, no idea who you should talk to though
