Predictions for 2012???????????
Will the world end? Are The Mayans correct? Will the expected Suns Solar storm wipe out electrics on earth causing mass chaos. I believe something big will happen around 2012. I dont believe the world will end. BUT we are due a major solar event when the planets line up and the suns activaty is allready getting very busy. It happened in the 1800s, but the world was without electricity then so the impact was little.

Yes J, the world will end in 2012, just as the Mayans predicted, in much the same way as the world ended in 1999, just as Nostradamus predicted.

I have a weird time-zone related issue on my machine. I observed that
the "alarm-clock" package was always ignoring my requests for an alarm
within an hour from now, and all other alarms used to go off with an
hour to spare.
