I was wondering that a business opportunity may be being missed. If the town is going to be brimming over with people that weekend with the Mumford gig. Couldn't we lay on something extra for them ? No, not a Farmers Market! ! Something which will appeal directly to them, they will have paid a mere £ 75 to attend so it needs to be expensive. Limos from the station to the gig, or Pony & Trap trips around the town al'la Central Park NYC, with Champagne (extra) if required. A Pimms bar, outside the station or in the precinct. F&M Picnic Hampers (Ready made up) or Waitrose at a push! Strawberries and Cream Cucumber Sarnies. Think Henley Ascot & Other high end venues. Ideas welcome. Embrace these opportunities, they don't come round often. Umbrellas (if it rains) Sun Hats and Skin Cream (if not)
By next year we could all be millionaires - Rodney !!

I am so bored with all this complaining about the weekend. Change the record, this forum is full of narrow minded people who object about everything so negative. I hate bonfire but I tolerate the event it, as many people in this town. I know some people will come back with 'oh its for 3 days' get over it. Embrace it!!

I believe there is a meeting on Monday for anyone interested in benefiting from the Mumfords. See the Sussex Express.

I like the forum and being able to respond to things I agree and don't agree with.
