Mini Athletics @ Southover Primary School
Developed by a sports scientist and primary school teacher, our fun, play-based yet structured programme is a fantastic introduction to athletic movement for 2-7 year olds.

Our programme can improve physical literacy, cognitive and social skills. All our activities are game based and encourage creativity and imagination whilst supporting early learning needs.

Athletics forms the basis of almost all sports - learning how to use your body correctly, improving balance, coordination, agility and speed supports a child's sporting life in any activity.
