Mindfulness & Well-being for people with disabilities & friends @ Westgate Chapel
A small friendly group where people with disabilities can learn and experience mindfulness, guided meditations, de-stressing and relaxation techniques, self esteem building, healthy eating guide and more.
Run by qualified mindfulness/ wellbeing instructor experienced in working with people with disabilities.

Joy of Movement classes for women @ Cliffe hall
Keep fit naturally and go at your own pace with gently guided exercise and movement to music. No experience necessary. We are a friendly group of women spanning a wide range of ages and abilities and our sessions are low impact and easy to follow.

Breathe, stretch, move, dance and deeply relax with a guided relaxation meditation to finish.
The music is inspiring and to suit all tastes.
We especially welcome those who haven't moved in a long time, or ever in a class situation as we are a very welcoming group who just love to move with no worries of 'getting it right'.
Excellent for those who want to get fit in a fun and nourishing way with no pressure.

We are a relaxed, informal, friendly and inclusive group of all ages and experience. Our approach to inner peace and wellbeing is practical, easy to follow, and enjoyable. The Group @ A pub in Lewes
A club for unattached men and women, aged 50+, meets in a pub in Lewes on the first Tuesday evening of every month. Meals, walks, golf, theatre, holidays. Also meetings in Brighton, Burgess Hill and Horsham.
