Experts agree that music benefits all areas of learning, and we all know that music is vital to our well-being! Our classes focus on the use of music to support development of speech, language and communication – along with social skills – through fun sessions lead by experienced and well-trained teachers and musicians. Classes also include time for refreshments and chat - a great way to make new friends!

Classes are tailored to different stages of development and we have a range of options available:

Babies: from birth to a year, relaxed and calm classes with lullabies – and reminders of all our lovely traditional songs you may have forgotten!

Toddlers on the move:Lively clas with a realistic structure with plenty of opportunities for marching and moving; puppets and instruments for every child. Definitely developing social skills through play!

Creative Community @ Westgate Chapel
A weekly drop in Dementia friendly space
Where people living with Dementia and their carer or friend can come to be creative and meet new friends.
There will be an art table, books/ magazines and tactile puppets.
Carers can relax and read a magazine, or be creative with their loved one, supported by an artist and puppeteer experienced in working creatively with people living with Dementia.
Tea and coffee making facilities available.
Donations to the Oyster Project Charity.

Printed Textiles course at Dairy Studio @ Lewes
3 week Printed textiles course with Deborah Manson at Dairy studio
Friday 18th, 25th January and 1st February.

Starting with block printing develop drawings and collage to make printing blocks from foam, lino and other experimental printmaking materials and print onto canvas bags, tea towels, cushion covers, linens etc.

Printed Textiles at the dairy studio is suitable for both beginners and those with previous experience.

Year 7 Drama - Kaleidoscope @ Priory School
Kaleidoscope's Year 7 Drama is a friendly, well established group. The weekly classes include improvisations, script work and drama games.

Students learn new skills, develop their confidence and make new friends with other young people who are passionate about drama. The sessions are taught by our enthusiastic team and there are plenty of opportunities to perform in shows and take Drama Exams.

Kaleidoscope has been established in Lewes for over thirteen years. We are partners of Priory School and have an excellent reputation.
