A small friendly group where people with disabilities can learn and experience mindfulness, guided meditations, de-stressing and relaxation techniques, self esteem building, healthy eating guide and more.
Run by qualified mindfulness/ wellbeing instructor experienced in working with people with disabilities.

These classes develop contemporary dance technique focusing on strength, flexibility and transitions across the space and in/out of the floor. The sessions aim to nurture performance confidence and creative skills!
Students can also take part in Arts Award programmes as well as performances in the winter and summer term.

Kaleidoscope's Junior Class is lively, fun and well structured. Our Drama and Dance activities will bring out the best in your child. Children make new friends, develop social skills and gradually build up their confidence as they progress through our unique curriculum.

JUNIOR CONTEMPORARY DANCE @ Ringmer Community College
This contemporary dance class is perfect for all those aged 7-11 years (years 3-6 at school).
Children follow an NATD graded syllabus as well as learning routines ready for a variety of performances throughout the year. There is also the opportunity for children to explore their creative skills and choreograph their own routines ready for competitions in the Spring.

Students have the opportunity to take exams and engage in the Arts Award programmes. Universal Dance offers annual summer performances that students can take part in if they wish.

SENIOR+ CONTEMPORARY DANCE @ Ringmer Community College
This class is aimed at all those in years 10+ at school and particularly ideal for those already studying GCSE or AS/A Level Dance. Classes focus on Grade 4+ NATD syllabus and develop technical and physical skills. Students participate in a number of Universal Dance shows throughout the year and find these classes a great in-road into our performance company HED:Strong.

Students are encourage to perform annually and engage in work experience opportunities, exams and the Arts Awards programmes. Classes are led by experienced teachers who aim to nurture stylistic flair and creativity.
