Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction course

Explore effective ways of reducing stress and low mood, while finding more enjoyment and satisfaction in everyday life. Sessions include guided mindfulness practice and discussion of themes in a supportive group, with experienced trainer Annie Akasati McAuley. Course starts 7pm, 1st May.
