Christmas Party, Lewes Saturday Folk Club




We light the open fire and a blaze of candles and serve home-made mince pies. Ballgowns are optional. Bring a seasonal party piece or choose a carol for everyone to join in from our own carol book. We always finish with 'Shepherds Arise' sung by firelight and candlelight alone.
Everyone is welcome, especially if you'd like to sing or play. We mostly sing and play traditional music from the British Isles, but we enjoy other styles as well. We always start off with some English dance tunes for anyone with an instrument to join in.
We have a loyalty card. Six visits earn you £5 off an evening when admission is £5 or more. It's £6 tonight (right money in cash please).
