The Voiceworks Community Choir with The Voiceworks Company of Singers @ All Saints Centre
If you love to sing rich harmonies and beautiful melodies then come and join us! No experience needed, just a keen ear and willing voice. We meet at The All Saints Centre, Friars Walk, Lewes.
The Voiceworks Community Choir is A FRIENDLY, FUNKY, FOLKY CHOIR - WITH PROFESSIONAL VOCAL TUITION THROWN IN! Mondays 11am-12.30pm
The choir is run by me, Haley Stevens (RCM). I am a trained, and practicing, classical singer and teacher. I teach easy breath and body techniques to help you find and keep your strong voice. We sing folk, jazz, pop and world music and are currently working on some Billy Joel, Yazzoo, as well as a traditional madrigal and some traditional folk songs. We sing in the small hall at the lovely All Saints Centre. Silver Stackable Ring Workshop @ Wickle
This is an ideal class to introduce a keen maker to basic silversmithing skills.

The workshop includes annealing, hammering, stamping, filing and finishing. Students will also be introduced to piercing and soldering methods. Students can spend time exploring different ways to create marks and surface textures on their silver ring, or choose to have a plain finish.

”Vox has a fun and informal atmosphere, we sing contemporary and traditional songs from all over the British Isles and beyond. We sing rich harmonies and rhythms……..Oh and we throw in a cup of tea and a biscuit for good measure!”
Just like our other choirs all the material will be taught by call and response. Everyone is welcome so please come along and have a sing with us!
