A new course designed to support any parent or carer, a parent of children with learning difficulties or physical disabilities, or foster/adoptive parents. In the course you learn to pay attention to your own well-being to help to build resilience and enable you to deal kindly with the varying challenges of parenthood and fully enjoy the most simple everyday moments. Zentangle Mindful Drawing Course @ Ringmer
4 week course. The Zentangle Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing and fun way of creating beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. This mindful approach to drawing can help you relax and focus while generating a sense of well-being and creative satisfaction. Almost anyone can draw this way and no artistic experience is required but artists are welcome. Taught by Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT), Louise Gorst. Materials available to buy.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga @ Subud House
Join me for a 75 minute vinyasa flow yoga class on Mondays at 12:15pm in the beautiful upper hall at the Sudbud Centre.

My classes are strong and flowing, and with a big focus on alignment and breath. We'll always end with savasana and meditation so you'll be thoroughly stretched and strengthened, but leave feeling calm and refreshed.

£10 drop in -- term time only -- starting Monday the 18th of September

All levels are very welcome, but if you have any specific injuries or conditions you want to talk about, please feel free to contact me in advance.

Qi Gong @ Christs Church Hall
Qi gong (or chi gong as its pronounced,) means energy or breath work and is part of the Chinese health tradition.
Similar to Tai chi but much easier, Qi gong is Soft, slow, gentle movement designed to create mental and physical relaxation, promote good health, improve balance, and build bone density.
There are so many benefits to this amazing meditation in movement.
I have been practicing for nearly 20 years and teaching for 10.

Kyushin Yodokan Dojo - affiliated to the Yodokan group of schools and the DNBK Kyoto Japan.
Learn the art of Samurai Swordsmanship (Iaido). Beginners welcome min age 14yrs.
Iaido is practiced initially with wooden swords and progressing to Non sharp alloy swords that are more representative of the real thing.
