8-week Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course. Designed to support general well-being, reduce stress, manage anxiety and prevent relapse in depression. You will learn different meditations in a highly confidential, safe and kind space.

We are a relaxed, informal, friendly and inclusive group of all ages and experience. Our approach to inner peace and wellbeing is practical, easy to follow, and enjoyable. Through gently guided, simple and mindful meditations, we can experience the natural state of calm awareness and contentment in the present moment.  All welcome. Drop in / £5.
(With a background as an Osteopath, Naturopath and Clinical Psychologist, Colin has over 30 years experience of Meditation and Mindfulness).
