A yoga class designed with active people in mind. Perfect for those new to yoga. Whether you're a weekend warrior or just like to go for an occasional run or bike ride yoga can help to keep you in tiptop form. Strengthen a whole range of muscle groups, build stamina and have a good stretch.

All levels are welcome to join this Qigong class!
We will be working through a set of 5 Element Qigong as well as other stretching, loosening and opening exercises.
The perfect way to relax, move with natural aligment for better structure and more mindful posture.
Our classes are fun, friendly and interactive. You're very welcome to come along to your first class as our guest before signing up.
Also on Tuesday nights is our Beginners Tai Chi from 19.15-20.15.
£30 a month for 1 class per week, £55 for 2 classes per week.

Fun and friendly Tai Chi class suitable for complete beginners and those who have studied Tai Chi before! First class is free for all students, so come along and see if this is the class for you!
In this class we teach key principles, warm ups, gentle stretching and a short taiji form that can be practiced anywhere. You will be exploring your own body structure, posture, connections and more as we work through the moves of the form - deepening your study.
Also on Tuesday nights - Qigong for Health class 8.15-9.15pm
Classes cost £30 per month, discounts available for joining both classes, and for concessions.
This Lewes class is part of Tai Chi Wisdom, a vibrant and exciting school covering the costal strip of Sussex, offering the full Yang curriculum covering Sword, Sabre, Long Form, Short Form, Pushing Hands, Qigong and much more!
