We teach Tai Chi following the teachings of Master Wee Kee Jin of the Tai Chi School of Central Equilibrium. Within our system we teach the Tai Chi principles through the 5 Loosening exercises of our teacher’s teacher Grandmaster Huang Sheng Shyan. Each week we teach the 37 step short form as a means of embodying the Tai Chi principles. As our understanding develops we then we bring those principles into partner work. Using the Tai Chi classics as a guide to deepen our practice we build on our understanding and generate greater focus in our training.

Tai Chi is great for health, relaxation, mindfulness, balance and it’s fun!

First session is free, so come give it a try!

A flowing sequence based yoga class connecting movement and breath. You'll do a whole host of familiar and not so familiar yoga poses, varied each week to keep you on your toes and create a moving meditation. Time to make space in both your body and your head. All levels welcome.
The beautiful rural setting of Beechwood Hall is a 2 minute drive from Lewes and there is ample parking.
