We teach Tai Chi following the teachings of Master Wee Kee Jin of the Tai Chi School of Central Equilibrium. Within our system we teach the Tai Chi principles through the 5 Loosening exercises of our teacherís teacher Grandmaster Huang Sheng Shyan. Each week we teach the 37 step short form as a means of embodying the Tai Chi principles. As our understanding develops we then we bring those principles into partner work. Using the Tai Chi classics as a guide to deepen our practice we build on our understanding and generate greater focus in our training.

Tai Chi is great for health, relaxation, mindfulness, balance and itís fun!

A flowing vinyasa class suitable for all with ex-dancer Tamsin. Each week will have a different focus so that you are always mentally alert and physically and trying new things. Expect core strength building warm ups, standing sequences, a good stretch and a guided relaxation to finish.
